Lost items at Distortion X
During: Ask at any of our own Distortion Bars, which will all have a box with lost items.
After: Please send a mail to [email protected] and ask if we have found your item. Please describe your item as detailed as possible (colour, material, distinguishing feature) and possibly send a photo, so we have a better chance at finding it. You will be able to pick up your belongings in the coming days at our office on Refshaleøen. We will inform you of the address and opening hours. The deadline for inquiries is 14 days. After this, all lost and found items will be handed over to the police’s lost property office.
Lost items at Distortion Ø
During: Go to the Info & Merch booth at the Distortion Ø festival site and ask if your item has been found. The booth will be open during all opening hours of the festival.
After: Please send a mail to [email protected] with a precise description of your item (colour, material, distinguishing feature). You will be able to pick up your belongings in the coming days in our office on Refshaleøen. We will inform you of the address and opening hours. The deadline for inquiries is 14 days.
