South Korean powerhouse and global icon set for a return to Distortion Ø with her irresistible productions and impeccable selection of house, techno and electro.
The Berlin-based artist had a mainstream breakthrough in 2023 with the track ‘(It Goes Like) Nanana’ – the last milestone in a career, counting an instant-classic Boiler Room, massive hits ‘Starry Nights’ and ‘It Makes You Forget (Itgehane)’, and an extensive touring schedule headlining all major clubs and festivals around the world.
A prolific producer, she has put out records on Rekids, Ninja Tunes and her own Gudu Records. She recently released her debut album ‘I Hear You’ on XL Recordings to widespread acclaim. Her feats also include a remix for Kylie Minogue, a collaboration with Lenny Kravitz and a mix for the DJ Kicks series. But it’s in her DJ sets that her impressive ability to play with styles and tempo comes out on full display, blending effortlessly her own anthems with classic techno cuts and groovy house gems.
